SHIPPING AND RETURNS
In Italy shipping usually takes a maximum of 2-5 working days from the date of shipment of the package.
Only in exceptional cases can the waiting time be extended. It is not possible to indicate delivery times and
dates. Deliveries take place from Monday to Friday, during office hours. The courier will attempt to deliver
the package for three consecutive working days, each time leaving a notification on which you will find the
relevant contact details. After three delivery attempts the package will be sent back to our warehouse. You
will receive an email as soon as your order leaves our warehouses with the shipment reference number,
which will allow you to track it at any time. Currently our online store is available worldwide, but shipping
costs vary depending on the area.

ITALY: 5 EUROS
EU COUNTRIES: 10 EURO / 30 EURO DEPENDING ON THE COUNTRY
NON-EU COUNTRIES: 60 EUROS
In Italy, for orders over 50 Euros (€), shipping costs are free.
In Europe, shipping costs vary depending on the different areas.
For Eur 1 (Austria and Germany) and Eur 2 (Belgium, Denmark, France, Luxembourg, Holland, Poland,
Portugal, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Spain and Hungary), the shipping costs amount to 10 Euros (€) and are
canceled in case of orders exceeding 80 Euros (€).
For Eur 3 and Switzerland (Andorra, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Croatia, Estonia, Finland, Great Britain, Greece,
Ireland, Latvia, Liechtentstein, Lithuania, Malta, Norway, Romania, Serbia, Slovenia, Sweden, Turkey), the
shipping costs amount to 30 Euros (€) and are canceled in the event of an order exceeding 120 Euros (€).
As regards non-European Countries, due to different customs policies and import duties, Nalì has no control
over the possible costs that may be applied upon arrival of an order, as it is not possible to predict the exact
amount of these taxes. If in doubt, please contact your local customs office before ordering in order to get
information on customs duties and their applicability.
Returns and Refunds
You can return any product purchased on Nalishop.it within 14 calendar days of delivery. To do this, fill in the appropriate online form and print the return receipt. In this case, the return costs and any theft or loss will be at your direct expense, while the shipping and delivery costs of the order will be reimbursed. You will receive an email confirming acceptance of the return within 3 working days of receipt at the headquarters. Nalí reserves the right to refuse reimbursement for products not returned correctly or received out of time and/or in conditions that are not the same as at the time of shipment. In this case, the package will be returned to the sender.
Before rendering:
• make sure that the items are in perfect condition, with the original labels and the purchase receipt.
• click on Log in to Nalishop.it, enter your data and select the Make a return item, then click on Proceed with the return.
Select the order and the items you want to return and indicate the reason for the return.
• print the return receipt from your account and insert it in the parcel.
• prepare the package for return within 14 days of delivery of the order and address it to Nalishop.it - Brocchieri Srl Cis di Nola, Isola 4, Lotto 464, 80035, Nola (NA), Italy
Refund on card

Upon acceptance of the return, we will refund the corresponding amount to the credit or debit card used for the order. It may take up to 14 days for the refund to complete. The time required for the amount to be credited to your account will depend on the institution that issued your card.
Refund to PayPal account

Upon acceptance of the return, we will issue the refund to your PayPal account, which will be visible within the following 24 hours. The actual refund to your credit card from your PayPal account depends on the card issuer.
Cash on delivery refund

The refund will be made by bank transfer to a bank account to be indicated in the Return Form. The refunded amount will be visible on the account statement within 10 working days of the return acceptance confirmation email.
